The franchise is equal to the amount of the deposit. In case of theft or an at-fault accident, the franchise remains with the renter. The client declares that they are renting the vehicle under their full responsibility and is not authorized to lend it.

Two-wheeled vehicles are insured for all risks. The client will use the vehicle with care and will pay for all fines, penalties, and costs related to traffic violations, parking, etc.

The client is not authorized to carry out repairs on the vehicle, except for the following minor issues: flat tires, electrical failures.
